Rich in heritage with notes of minimalism. You don’t have to know wine to know Kyr-Yianni. Its delicate flavours have been amusing taste buds for quite some time, while its label designs are some of the most iconic in Greece. You guessed it; we created them. A little context first: After generations of shaping Greek winemaking with the Boutaris family, Yannis Boutaris created Kyr-Yianni to become one of the leaders in the Greek wine scene. The Yianakohori Vineyard signaled the revival of an ancient local vineyard and paved the way to produce terroir wines, which revolutionised the scene in Greek winemaking in recent years. And after winemaking, comes label-making. Here, we have more insights. During our ongoing collaboration with Kyr-Yanni we have loved and worked on many projects. From the all-time-classic Paranga to varietal wines, we created some of the most recognisable labels, focusing on a minimal approach that honours the vineyard’s history and craftsmanship. Each wine label is a tribute to each terroir, using clean, simple aesthetics printed on carefully selected refined paper to reflect the estate’s timeless commitment to excellence.
